What is a Mineral sizer?
Mineral Sizer is an innovative piece of equipment that combines high-efficiency crushing and screening functions into a single unit—the classification-type toothed roller crusher. Featuring a modular design, this equipment comprises components such as an electric motor, synchronous gears, a gear coupler, a reducer, and a rectangular hydraulic coupling, and is capable of performing both primary and secondary toothed roller crusher. Traditional tooth roller crushers rely on impact and compression to crush materials, whereas the new classification crusher utilizes the combined effects of shearing and tensile forces to achieve material crushing.

Working Principle of the Mineral Sizer:
1.The mineral sizer utilizes shearing and tensile forces to crush materials.
2.Two horizontally mounted, parallel toothed rollers are installed within the crushing chamber. The rollers are equipped with crushing teeth and rotate toward each other via a drive system (single-motor or dual-motor drive), thereby achieving both crushing and screening of the material.
3.The use of shearing crushing technology helps minimize over-crushing.
4.The equipment is equipped with both mechanical and electrical overload protection to ensure safe and reliable operation.
5.The design prioritizes ease of maintenance, featuring replaceable tooth rollers and guide rail systems. The compact overall structure effectively reduces installation and civil engineering costs.
